1. Booking & Payment

You pay a 30% non-refundable retainer to secure your date.

A 50% additional payment 21 days before your wedding.

And the remaining 20% when deliverables are ready, before pickup.

Your date is not booked until payment of 80% + contract are completed.

2. What You Get

The exact package you choose (Royal / Diamond / Platinum / Gold / Silver / Bronze / Standard / Basic)

Professional coverage of your Event.

Edited pictures delivered within 4–8 weeks.

Photobook/frames if included in your package.

3. Cancellation / Rescheduling

If YOU cancel, the retainer cannot be refunded.

If you need to change the date, we will try to accommodate you.

If WE are unavailable due to emergency, we provide a qualified substitute photographer or refund you (except the retainer).

4. Copyright

Box Empire Pictures owns the images.

You can print, share and enjoy your photos forever (personal use).

Commercial use needs permission.

5. Image Use

We may use some photos for social media/portfolio unless you opt out.

6. Delivery

You receive your edited photos via online gallery/drive and photobook if applicable.

Please back up your photos once delivered.

7. Liability

We are responsible for professional service, but not for issues outside our control (weather, venue restrictions, late events, etc.).

Our maximum responsibility is refunding what you paid (except the retainer).

8. Your Responsibilities

Give us your timeline before the wedding.

Make sure we have full photography access.

Provide names for important family pictures.

Arrange meals for long-day coverage.
